**Internal Policy 3.2:** Governance and Maintentance of all Fictional, Linguistic, and Historical Context for **Analytical Purposes** — Managed by Renato Couto.
Goal: Ensure Knowledge Fidelity and Consistency in Analysis
This policy mandates the methodology for how the complex internal rules and context (Lore) of analyzed works (fictional universes, linguistic structures, philosophical underpinnings) are documented, version-controlled, and accessed by all content analysts. It guarantees the integrity of our **critical analytical foundation**. **This site does not create stories; it analyzes existing narratives.**
All critical elements from analyzed works (characters, settings, systems) must be documented in the Aethelgard Codex. This central repository uses a hierarchical taxonomy (Tier 1: Core Principles, Tier 2: Factions/Rules, Tier 3: Specific Instances) to prevent misinterpretation and analytical inconsistencies.
Renato Couto oversees the creation of a definitive index for all specialized terminology (invented or contextual) within the analyzed works. Every term must have a documented origin, root word, and approved contextual usage to maintain linguistic and analytical coherence.
No Tier 1 or Tier 2 analytical elements (core rules or concepts derived from the analyzed work) can be changed without a formal Change Request Protocol (CRP). The CRP must include a rationale, an impact assessment (analyzed by Carolina Serqueira's team), and a formal approval from Renato Couto.
Every six months, a full audit is conducted to identify and resolve any internal conflicts between older and newer analytical data entries. This process, led by Renato, ensures the **Analysis** remains cohesive and error-free for the reader.
All analysts and contributors must pass an Analytical Standards Certification test, proving their fundamental understanding of the Aethelgard Codex (analytical database) before contributing content. Renato Couto designs and manages this certification process.
